 Electro Neuro-Adaptive Regulator (ENAR) device is the application of an electronic stimulator device, this involves a flow of electricity from a nine-volt battery, it is considered very safe. The only sensations usually felt are varying strengths of tingling through your skin from the device; when the sensations become too intense please inform your therapist so they adjust the levels of the device accordingly.

 By applying light pressure with my finger on a muscle in a particular location the body reads the tension of the muscle group/s and adjust the tension accordingly, thus providing fast relief to either pain or muscular restriction.
